Jenny & Matt

The decor was beautiful; the ceremony was real and moving; the bride was breath-taking; the groom was looking sharp; the mood was free and expressive; the moments were magical - Jenny and Matt know how to communicate and express love to one another. After the ceremony kiss, Jenny threw her hands up like she just scored a touchdown, and at the reception, Matt clearly told her how much she means to him along with a brilliant transition, “I guess what I’m trying to say is, ‘Will you have this dance with me?’”

All around, it was a very real and inspiring wedding which makes for all the right ingredients for amazing images and a great marriage! Congratulations to you both!! We’ll see you soon at the viewing premiere.

Wedding Season Opening

We had our first wedding of the season today! It’s official. Let the craziness begin - of the schedule, that is. At the moment, we can only book 20 weddings a year and we booked all 20, so it’s Omaha wedding photography madness for the next six months. But we also spent the last year integrating a system wide workflow (updating computers, software, paper trails, etc.) to help us stay organized and efficient. If today was any indication as to what the future might hold, I think this will be an exciting and wonderful year with all our brides!

Dan & Danielle

After weeks of gloom and rain, the weather was beautiful for Dan and Danielle’s wedding last Saturday! I had a wonderful time with them - they were a joy to be around and had a way of making everyone else feel comfortable too. Best of all, I think we got some amazing images!

Despite an attack with the birdseed (if you look closely, you can see an over zealous youngster sling some right into Danielle’s mouth!), I’d say the day was a wonderful success.
